lodivip4 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon lodivip4's reasonable request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

lodivip4 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations.
All deposits made to your lodivip4 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lodivip4 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

If your connection to lodivip4 is interrupted during a game round, the game will continue to its conclusion on the server. lodivip4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the lodivip4 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodivip4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lodivip4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the lodivip4 platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude lodivip4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent lodivip4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
lodivip4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lodivip4 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the lodivip4 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the lodivip4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the lodivip4 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
